– FAQ M-CAR –
Keeping your personal belongings when using M-CAR services is very important and must be considered to avoid the occurrence of items left behind or lost.Goods left behind or lost when using M-CAR services are not the responsibility of the M-CAR, but your own responsibility.
Goods left on our Partner’s service vehicles, which are reported and submitted to Us by Our Partners, can be taken by the relevant Customer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date the relevant M-CAR order occurred.
If the Customer does not collect the items left behind within a predetermined period of time, the Customer expressly declares that the item has been transferred and is handed over to Us. Therefore, we have the full right to take the necessary action on the item.
M-CAR is available in any city
Currently the M-CAR service is available in the following cities:
- Jakarta
- Bogor
- Depok
- Tanggerang
- Bekasi
- Bandung
- Jogjakarta
- Surabaya
What do i do if the driver doesn’t arrive
The things you have to do are:
- Patiently waiting, maybe the driver is on his way to you, experiencing traffic problems such as being stuck in traffic, obstacles to the vehicle.
- Contact the driver with the telephone number printed on the MOVE application.
- Contact the driver via chat that is already listed on the MOVE application.
What do i do if the driver is not orderly passing and endangers the customer
Things you can do:
- Reprimand the driver.
- Give a warning to the driver.
